History

CareMaster Building Services has been providing commercial cleaning and building maintenance services in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex since 1982. In the early 1980’s, Richard Lee, President John Lee’s brother, acted upon his desire to create viable career opportunities for fellow Korean-Americans. CareMaster Building Services evolved from this vision into a company offering superior quality, affordability and professionalism in janitorial services. Since taking over the business in 1997, John has successfully implemented many new concepts and strategies to ensure the highest quality of service the industry has to offer. His dedication is evident through his emphasis on personal attention to the buildings as well as building management. John is committed to building long-term customer relationships and maintaining superior customer service standards. CareMaster Building Services continues to develop innovative ideas and strategic plans thanks to John’s passion for the industry and his focus on the future.

We are committed to providing a healthy environment for our clients. We choose to purchase supplies and equipment which are safe for our employees, customers and the environment. Recycling and proper disposal of hazardous material are included as part of our regular training program.
